going by this OPEC chart Iran Heavy sells at a $-6 discount compared to Brent. So if Brent was selling for $16 a barrel that's when Iran would hit that magical number $10 dollars

but then you also need to factor in the discount Iran is selling to Europe

so all and all Iran is selling it's Iran heavy at $-12.55 less than Brent.

Brent is at $33.46 right now so $-12.55=$20.91

Iran is still making $10-11 for every barrel it sells.

Its because we are using our internal company in oil field , Rouhani government want to give those oilfield to forigners , then I'm sure price of oil barrel for us will increased to 15$ ....

Saudi was doing fine with millions of forigen workers even when oil was $10.
Having foreign workers is a big testament to economy because not only it means there is surplus economic activity to absorb this work force but also the financial muscle to withstand their remittances and have a strong leverage on foreign policy of worker supplying countries..

Iran will have to create a massive balance of trade favouring Russia or now Saudi and Russia will be on the same side due to oil
