Maybe the western people assess themselves on how much savvy military tech they have. Muslim nations don't, and the chest thumping is never empty either.

1. Muslim nations believe in salvation or death. Maybe not true everywhere today like for the Arabs, but the general belief is that death through war is better than everything in this life. You will see that in modern history, except in the Arabs and few events here and there.

2. People here are severely undercrediting Iran. Iran may not have many or 5th generation planes, or the modern weaponry, but they are very fearless. Even with all these economic sanctions, threats, they are everywhere in the theatre making life for US and Israel miserable in the region. That's big in itself.

3. You perhaps don't realize the religious significance of this flag raising. No one in Muslim world jokes about religion ever, specially in these religious countries. This is very serious.

If it were possible. For now, I think Pakistan should stay out of it. But if war reaches Iran, Pakistan should maybe step in, or if America plays that game of "with us, or against us" then Pakistan should not side with Americans. They are the cause of everything wrong in Middle East today ultimately whether or not we like Iran using proxies.

You are probably right. They are now understanding how fruitless alliances with the west are seeming to become. Still they are our neighbours, whatever affects them is bound to fall back upon us. War crimes against Sunnis and Shias is forgotten every day by us all.

Especially when committed by Saudi proxies, Saudi friends USA and Israel. Every Muslim country has become a battle ground for proxy wars of Saudi and Iran. Both do not care about the numbers killed or the brutality of the terrorism they inflict. As a Sunni, it is crystal clear to me that Saudi Arabia, as a lapdog of the West, is playing a critical role in dividing the Muslims world along sectarian lines, aiding the plans of the West to divide and conquer each and every Muslim country. This is very clear since the first gulf war.

Saudi is now siding with mass murderers of Muslims, such as trump, netanyahu and giving national awards to Modi.

I don't see the same hypocrisy by Iran against Muslim nations such as Pakistan unlike UAE and Saudi.

However, as a reaction to Saudi proxies, a Shia general responds in a brutal manner and we are expected to see this as the only problem maker here?? Come on mate.. Look at the many sequences of events not just one.

We all know since Trump has been in power, the Israelis and Saudis have been heavily lobbying him to retracted the Iran nuke deal and start war. Both Israel and Saudi complained bitterly against Obama when the Iran nuke deal was announced. Let's keep the perspective here.

Finally the Saudis and UAE are in unofficial alliance with Israel and only Allah knows the full extent of the betrayal by our Saudi part-time brothers in Islam to the ummah and Pakistan.

Question we should be asking, how much of Pakistan's nuclear programme is being compromised to Israel and USA via the Saud leadership who regularly visit Pak nuke sites.
