What part of my claim is baseless? The Karrar uses a T-72 gun and chases. That is 100% confirmed. The engine is almost 100% certainly Russian since it uses the T-72 chassis and let's face it building a reliable tank engine is difficult and costly. The side armore is almost identical to the T-90SM or T-90M, the turret minus the ERA blocks looks like the T-90MS turret.

Nothing is baseless and how is my assessment an insult? Most people outside of Iranians believe the same thing.
