Iraq was a very poor country(still is) and they did their best to kill all the American soldiers within their range.Did Iraq attack USA after the American invasion?
Has Libya retaliated against NATO?
Don't be a critic, just for the sake of criticism.
LOL !!!! The Baath party collapsed immediately when American soldiers crossed into Iraqi territory from the Kuwait border. The regime in Baghdad didnt want to fight. If it wanted it could make it very heavy for the AmericansIraq was a very poor country(still is) and they did their best to kill all the American soldiers within their range.
First off, you need to understand the difference between striking back and defending your territory. Retaliation is always offensive and not necessarily defensive. So when Iran says that they will hit back, the purpose is to make it clear that they have the capabilities to retaliate unlike Iraq and Libya which have been more on the defensive side rather than offensive.Iraq was a very poor country(still is) and they did their best to kill all the American soldiers within their range.
Libya has been trying to defeat NATO but again, they are no match.
