His is typical of religious people here jumping to agreement with whatever a muslim government said when it comes to women related issues. The Iranian government, which is dominated by religious zealots, charged Malekpour with being a pornographer, and since pornography is easily available in the West, therefore, the government must be correct. I agree. Judges must be competent people who are aware of their societies and the world. I am wondering what is the nature of Judges in Iran? Do they have to study law before becoming a Judge or are they hand picked from the clergy?

it has more to do with how our brains are programmed..shame is a factor why women dont nump on men as much as men do so...
but the main factor is deep rooted in our subconscience..
men are programmed to spread their genes and women are programmed to assess if they can bear the child or not...
this is the main reason in all species not just humans that males are pro active in sex while females are less responsive and careful.
being humans means being more responsible about your sexual behaviour...

Legalizing mariuana reduced the extreme drug usage in Holland but that doesnt mean that mariuna is good for social life... It is just lesser of to evils. I don't see **** industry as evil but I don't aprove it too. Like you said, to improve family and sexual life of people they need serius education about this subject.

What I am critising is this,

1) These men in this thread who wants **** industy to end are propably -atleast some of them- watching **** themselves...

2) Just because people support one ideology doesnt mean that they have the right to impose their ideology on otherpeople by law

It is the same thing, Yunus Emre ''sen sana ne sanırsan ayruğa da onu san'' translation ''Wish for others the same thing that you would wish for yourself''

This was written all of the Abrahamic books but many of the followers of these books seems to forgot that most religious entities were praticly said that this idea was the keystone of religions.

they are different courts in Iran
the guy was not judged by a religioous court (special court for another matters)
he was judged by civil court (revolutionnary court) sentence was then cnfirmed by supreme court (not religious either)
let me explain you: Salavati the judge is a bloody judge who is not a religious . some people say he wants to take the position of Mortazavi
as bloody as him... these guys have one word in their mouth "death penalty" they get their position because they are fanatic
Mortazavi is the one who is accused of tortures and having killed Zahra Kazemi

That is an absurd and simplistic logic. Anyone can defend anyone else's right to do <something> without involving him/herself in the activity. The issue here is the freedom to do the things that are allowable under the laws, which lead us back to the discussion of why certain laws are created in the first place.
