Indeed. Iranian media has referred to it as a thrust-vectoring SSM. This is a first for Iran and it is what sets this system apart from Iran's others missiles. Moreover, the amount of drag that the fins produce on a missile are quite significant. Qiam, having no fins, can thus bring about a significant improvement in range, in my opinion.

its an answer to claim some countries ( specially USA ) that Iran have made this missiles with Cooperation of north Korea

And (499+1) you are suggesting since its old it may not work or not as advanced as the Israelis or it will be intercepted easily or no problemo for us. Is that what you are suggesting.
