Relations with Arabs are already on decline and so is Pakistan's economy, ever since past 11-12 years of American sponsored democracy.

That is incorrect. This has more to do with US pressure, but I agree that Pakistan has acted weak in this instance.

Until a better price is renegotiated, Pakistan should not commit to physical construction of IP. The current pricing formula linked to hedged JCC is outdated, and needs to be synced with current and future market trends. I had explained this earlier, if anyone is interested, can read posts here.
