And why is that's? Why is it ISIS has attacked Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, France, pakistan, India. Basically everyone besides Israel and Iran?

I mentioned this before. The reaction I got from the Iranians here is that ISIS has not attacked CUBA, so, it must be Cuba that created ISIS.
Oh, and their security and intelligent services are topnotch. ISIS wouldn't dare to try attack her.
