Nope. Iran didn't choose China over anyone. Iran wants to work with China because China have been steady friend, trade and development partner for a long time now. What Iran signed with China is not an exclusionary deal, as China wouldn't force something like that on Iran. Any other countries, including India, are welcomed to invest in Iran with similar deals as it had with China.

EU told US this year that it wont fight China for US and it will make its own one-on-one deal with China.

if you're talking about today, then make RMB more convertible....you want IRan to accept RMB but what can IRan do with that RMB? can IRan convert it to other currencies??

Iran already wants to cooperate- prime example is Iran building its part of the IPI pipeline up to Pakistan's border.....but if only Pakistan would do its own part...it would already have tons of cheap reliable gas and oil now..you guys could have leveraged US more, maybe, not sure...but you cant turn this around on Iran because there is no evidence Pakistan wants to trade seriously with a sanctioned Iran.

The US is Pakistans largest export destination, and alongside the EU and other western nations makes up a huge chunk of its overall trade. To jeapordise that in order to have slightly cheaper oil and gas would only result in Pakistan becoming bankrupt which it has already been dangerously close to as it is...
