That is a ridiculous power positioning for the top 15---.

Nuclear powers are by default in the top tiers---no ifs and buts---.

I agree with @MastanKhan ranking more or less (minus North Korea. North Korea's military prowess is very weak with no modern tanks, fighter jets, strike corps, and other weapons. Their nuclear weapons program is in its nascent stages as well...not mature enough yet. Give it ten more years)

Most of such rankings are based on very simple and stupid compilations of numbers (no of personal, tanks, ships) and for some idiotic reason they seem to ignore the nukes but focus on conventional arms while a nuclear dimension altogether changes the equation especially between a nuclear capable state and a conventional power state. Also such list ignore the importance of alliances and blocks. Except UK and France, none of the EU countries are nuclear powers but will any country dare attack them? Not even Russia can attack Finland or Poland because both are members of EU and NATO... so these lists have no worth.
Are India & Pakistan stronger than Sweden? In numbers: yes but both India and Pak buy military technology from Sweden and vice-versa is not true and won't change any time soon.

I'd agree, nuclear powers are by default more militarily capable. Anyway, I'd have my top 10 more like this:

1. US
2. China
3. Russia
4. India
5. France
6. Pakistan
7. UK
8. Israel
9. North Korea
10. Japan

Even though North Korea's military isn't very advanced, it's still very big and possesses nuclear weapons. As for the UK, I put them so low simply because the British military is incredibly small, and I put Israel even lower because the country is tiny and could be wiped out pretty easily because of this. Japan is number 10 because of all the non-nuclear powers, their arsenal is (imo) the most formidable.

I agree, Pakistan can beat the hell out of most who are above it in the rankings except the super powers like USA, Russia and China. Even UK and France, though superior because of their industrial bases, but in fighting powers they would still struggle. Give another 10 years, we will be ahead of them in many fields, like Nuclear, missiles, and perhaps also in Aviation if we pay heed towards this. India despite their superior numbers, still struggling massively to take on Pakistan, Feb encounters are evidence. We both wish Pakistan should have gone hell for leather and destroy the myth of India forever. We missed a great opportunity, India was there for the takings.

We need industrialisation on emergency basis. The criminal enterprises of PMLN and PPP have done "ghadari" with Pakistan by destroying its industrial base and made it an importing country.
This had to change in next 10 years. Inshallah it will, IK understand it, he is already stopping excessive imports and putting pressure on industrial base exports. It cannot happen overnight, it will take few years, but we will be there Inshallah.

AM Haseeb Paracha ended up as a coward when it came time to take charge of the MOMENT---a decision---that was more important than anything else---.

That would have shattered the psyche of the Indian air force pilots for years to come---.

But alas---job saving was more important---being a yessir was more important---.

If he could not make that decision from the " seat of the pants "---then there was no reason for him to be flying with the strike group---.

The biggest culprit is Kiyani, he is one of the biggest if not the biggest traitor Pakistan has produced, without shadow of a doubt. If he is not the biggest he is at least at par with Nawaz, Asif Zardari etc.
