Iran ambushing ISIS/PJAK (PKK) terrorists

.
Terrorists (either ISIS or PJAK (PKK) tried to sneak into Iranian borders, met with an iron hand

Interesting video....PKK knows the geography well, i doubt they will travel at the bottom of a valley....it's like an invitation to get ambushed. I have seen various footage (from their sources and from Turkish UAVs), they use mountain tops and use elevation to their advantage.. though i'm not well informed about PJAK methods.

ISIS....is surely doesn't know how to fight in a mountainous region, they might make a silly mistake like this. But Iraq + KRG serves as buffer zone for Iran. Can they actually infiltrate Iran bypassing Iraq ? Not very possible...

Also, although i looked very carefully i couldn't spot anyone in the firing zone..... Can this video be taken from a ambush exercise ?

Also, ear covers on the RPG guy....points an exercise...what do you think ?

also, i found it interesting how the cameraman was actually calmly filming it all while apparently not really in cover at quite a close distance.

This video is from Iran-Iraq border. Could be ISIS or PKK or PJAK

Rules in our country's military are to wear ear protection when firing RPG's. Some of our infantry wear, some not... their own choice.

Thats because the enemy is overpowered by hail of bullets.

Not a good way to pay...

Iran never executed terrorists like that...

Some Kurdish rebels were executed in such way.

BTW, You can call this Mini-Mersad!

Doesn't look like they are firing at a living target. They are shooting a shyt load of bullets on sand and even wasting a RPG that hits the dirt. Also in such life or death situations you don't have the luxery to film like that.

that seemed like an easy target. PJAK knows how to fight in mountains and even though we handed their arses back to them in 2011, but it was never an easy job and I don't think this was a PJAK infiltration. Or maybe it was, they were passing the area thinking it was safe, no way to be sure.

I know your comment doesn't come out of sincerity, but for the bolded part, hundreds of videos from Iraq and Syria are out there to prove you wrong.

This may not have been Pjak, but not because of camera, but as @Sinan said, it's a bit unusual to go in the valley for a group like that unless they were extremely sure there area was safe.

This is Iranian territory, our soldiers (local) know these places like the back of their hands. This has to be ISIS, those apes are unfamiliar with Iranian territory thats why they got exterminated like that.

Could also be Kurds.

You don't know Iranians bro. There are tons of clips like this from Iran-Iraq war even when the cameras were much larger and heavier. Camera men accompanied the soldiers through their operation into Iraqi soil. This one is nothing compared to that.

These animals should be dealt with such a disproportionate force. No mercy. Otherwise, they will do exactly what they have done in Pakistani school.
