So the cash offer is rejected. Hmm. Let's see. There has to be a solution.
Why doesn't India use Indian Muslims to talk to Kashmiri Muslims and convince them that it is ok to live with India.
If Kashmiris didn't agreed with bikay huay (sold out) politicians of IOK such as mehboob mufti, what made you think they will agree to Muslims of India?
Politicians do get sold, they are known for it. I am talking about general public, civil society, Muslims who are in every department and armed forces of India. They start a campaign, raise a voice that reaches to Kashmiri Muslims. Voice that changes the mind and opens new horizons. It's practical. A first step and then collective steps.

Don't you think they tried..
here an international journal by a kashmiri from IOK..You'll find your answer if you dig deep in it..
Source : civil society IOK
As if india didn't tried that. Freedom cannot be bought by these cheap tactics that you mentioned.
This link mainly focuses on the role of civil society. I am talking about broader and popular movement. India needs to mobilize it's Muslims. Make a celebrity as an ambassador of peace and prosperity of Kashmir, and other steps of this kind.
Second thing I want to say is that after sixteen years of combing, the U.S. forces haven't achieved good results in Afghanistan. Presence of Indian forces in Kashmir aren't going to get any good. Change of picture is required, don't make it resemble to Afghanistan, a completely different approach than it is today.
Of course Kashmir is unfinished agenda of 1947 Partition Plan. But this plan was diluted when big chunk of Muslims stayed in India instead of going to Pakistan. If you want to complete this plan, you'll have to accept all the Indian Muslims. There are no excuses and ifs and buts.
Nope, not at all. Pakistani borders were open for many years for all people to migrate. Many migrated but many choose to live in India. That was the choice they made, so Pakistan have no responsibility to take them now.
They chose to live in India or not, Pakistan wasn't supposed to close its doors. This was the spirit of creation of Pakistan.
Now that you've closed the doors, you agree that Muslims can live in India. You have no grounds to talk whether the Kashmiris should live with India or not.
If you say that Kashmiris have indigenous struggle, please note; when Muslims decided to live in India, it changed the dynamics. Now Muslims of Kashmir are just around 4% of total Muslims of India. By all universal laws, how can you term it a freedom struggle, when both the sides have closed their doors?
Because it is freedom struggle of Kashmiris, like the Kashmiris say, Kashmir is culturally, geographically, religiously, linguistically, racially, etc Pakistan. You can keep blabbering your confused thoughts and illogical posts, won't make any difference.
