A tit for tat on behalf of India after the capture of Kulbhushan Yadav, simple as that really. That's how things go, its unfortunate what happened to the poor guy but he had to be taken as a soft target for India's ego as to get back at Pakistan. I doubt the ISI cares enough to get Col. Habib back, he doesn't have much value for the Indian nation as Kulbhushan has for Pakistan.
