Interpol notice against 2 Pak Army majors in 26/11 case

The interpol red notice is based on information provided by Indian LEA's - it is not reflective of any independent investigation conducted by Interpol that resulted in arrest warrants by it based on the evidence it uncovered. Whether the information provided by Indian is accurate or not is yet to be seen.

As for 'arrest and extradition' - that was ruled out long ago by Pakistan which maintains that no extradition treaty between India and Pakistan exists, hence the uselessness of the Interpol warrants in the Indo-Pak context.

^ You are right. No one expects Pakistan to hand over these guys anyway. Its just a bit of diplomatic jostling by virtually getting pakistani army officers declared as international fugitives..

i wouldn't expect Pakistan Nation to act blindly or without sufficient documented evidence in order to placate or appease indians. Things don't work that way. Take your grievances up with Lahore High Court. I don't think they read these forums.
