This is a silly post and you know it. You can now get 1-5 mbps connections for less than Tk 1,000 per month. The same money fetched speeds lower than 256 kbps 10 years ago.
India is buying excess bandwith that was lying unused and costing us money.

@DalalErMaNodi has already covered user growth and network redundancies in detail so I do not need to get into that.

I will repeat to you, you do not need to like BAL to be objective.
Internet in Bangladesh is pretty expensive.

Under BNP we got internet direct to our brain; Neuralnet - NeuraNet©

Internet in Bangladesh is pretty expensive.
I live in a small town. I use broadband that cost 800tk per month and speed is 5 mbps. In off pick I can get twice or thrice speed !

There are various internet packages of mobile operators ( apart from regular packages ;that are designed for idiots ) and we can easily get much cheaper packages.

Specially Robi provides much cheaper and special packages , we got such offers regularly via SMS .

So still do you think that internet is pretty expensive in Bangladesh?

Actually you have some fantastic points !

Yes I used to buy GP unlimited and waited for the loading of a page .

By this time my brain tried to remember what stuffs I read before ,so that I could avoid them .

So yes BNP actually provided us opportunity to use our brain unlike BAL!

People who don't use brain ( because of fast internet) become brainless and India can easily control their mind ( like science fiction demons ) .

So yes BNP actually was better for Bangladesh.
It's sceitific ! :sarcastic:

OTT apps refer to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney hotstar, Zee, Sony etc. It is throughout India including large and small towns and not villages ofcourse.

So you tell me if it is expensive in Bangladesh.

Prices are dictated by market forces and competitiveness of market, there are more companies in India than in Bangladesh due to India's size, plus by economies of scale prices come down as India has a larger potential subscriber base; bigger population.

So I fail to understand what you're getting at.

Ouch it's too fast and cheap . Btw , is it everywhere in India or just in cities? India is a large country so probably cities doesn't represent the whole country.

But if this is the case for everywhere in India , then I would say I am really impressed!

Right . India has 1.4 billion of population so they have huge market.

I would rather compare our internet service with Pakistan as it's population is almost similar to us .

That is common for all cities and towns (big and small). It is not covered in villages.

This is the image I have taken in a very small town(pop. 1.5 lakh) recently to get a connection. Internet is very cheap in India.

Not almost similar, pakistan has anywhere from 60 - 80 million more people than us, 26% more than us at the most conservative calculation.

Internet penetration numbers are also different in Pakistan compared to Bangladesh, we are smaller country too.

Population density figures into internet penetration.

We are going in the right direction when it comes to internet, with the third submarine cable coming next to next year, we will have insanely fast internet for a poor south Asian country.

We DON'T need 5G btw.

Okay it's fantastic then .

But as I said , India is huge huge market compared to Bangladesh , so comparing with Pakistan should be fair tbh because of same population.

Don't know what the plans of Pakistan.

Maybe not same but much closer compared to India .

And Pakistan has 220 million population isn't it ?

It's a contingency measure to counter the usual Indian ulterior motive.

It works well for me and my section, I keep trolls out.
