No I was asking whats the main difference between wingle and cloud
and Does wingle have built in wifi so i can connect my other devices with that

Wateen offers speed of upto 16 mb, depends on your pocket.
About wifi, don't think wingle is wifi supported. But Wateen is, I have placed my wateen device in my room and I can connect all my devices via wifi anywhere in my home withing 200 meter radius.

Personally, I've used both evo and wateen and I find wateen way better than Evo for various reasons. Most importantly, wateen is wifi so I can connect all my devices easily..
