installing more flag emoticons

At the moment, only the pakistani, chinese and US flag is included in the emoticon. With the resurgence of members from other countries I think the following flags should also be included:

Iran, Saudi Arabian, Russian, Turkish and Indian

People can just copy the the image URL and wrap the URL with

tags, but I do think more flag emotions is a good idea.
