Indo-pak war can it happen?

Since the two countries became independent they have fought three wars two over Kashmirnow some say that the tensions beetween the nations because of the 26/11 attacks may cause another war as india says that 'all options are open' what do you think?

I think:
its not likely i have two reasons

1:Nuclear Weapons:
As we all know both india and pak are nuclear powers if pakistan had not developed nukes then India would've attacked us long ago but i think that even if there is a war nuclear weps will not be use it's easy to understand why no one in the right mind would nuke there enemy if they know that the enemy can nuke them back.

2:War On Terror:
When the pakistani military move some troops from the west border to the east it gave a clear message to the us that if there is a war then the pak military will not be able to help them india is already stronger than pak so the pak military will need to give it their 100% and as we know that the us military is dependent on pak as 2/3s of the supplies for troops go through pak and the convoys are attacked frequently and the pak military makes sure that they are safe if the pak military doesn't defend the convoys then the troops in afghanistan will eventually run uot of supplies.As we all know Barrach.H Obama is gonna send another 30000 troops to afghanistan india is gonna be under alot of pressure from the us.Stability in pak is crucial for the us forces in afghanistan.

That's what i think and i am eager to know what you think.
