Either IQ means nothing, else high iq countries like China wouldnt have been dirt poor and fucked and slaughtered to pieces again and again for most of their history, by a few thousand low iq Mongol Barbarians , that too again and again, and then by the Japanese, and then by the amazing great leap forward where they killed 50 million of themselves. sorry such actions do not seem high iq to me.
