How many torpedo can it carry.

It has an internal weapon bay that can house 5 weapons and 2 x hardpoints each wing.

How will it trace and kill Subs hiding hundreds of meters down the sea…!

It has different options, in the nose it has the APY-10 radar integrated, to detect a surfaced sub, or even just the periscope. To detect a sumberched sub, it will drop sonarbuoys, or use the MAD (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnetic_anomaly_detector):

Looks can be deceiving. Boeing have taken a passenger a/c that can house 150-200 passengers and now is just operated by NINE crew (excluding relief crews)- what have they done with all the extra space I wonder? This thing is dripping with sensors, mission computers and electrics.

Rest assured, this is a fully "militarized" a/c.

It was a good joke but if taken seriously we can call it a bomber and to my knowledge P8-I is not a bomber. It’s known to be developed to do more smart ,intelligent and precision work than dirty bomb dumping work…so, looking at the design, I am unable to understand how it does its job! How will it trace and kill Subs hiding hundreds of meters down the sea…!

Not an expert but I think it is something like this.
A submarine is like a huge metal tube so I think it will induce changes in magnetic field arround it , the P8i has many sophisticated sensors and stuff that can dectect the variations in magnatic fields. There are other methods like sonar bouys , evesdroping on communication signals etc....
