The COAS designate is General Bikram Singh, he has given 40 years of his life to the nation. You called him a political stooge, I was merely correcting you and stating the fact that he is the senior most Army Commander and therefore in line to become the next Chief. He, therefor does not qualify as a political appointee as it is his turn anyway.
