Afghans sure get Cheap goods indeed coming from deep inside Indian Landmass then loaded in Ship in Indian Ports then unloaded in Chabahar then travel another Thousand KM all the way to Kabul passing through lots of Volatile Regions(Transporters charge extra for driving through risky areas). With such level of Transit involve all I can say is that Indian Goods wont remain cheap anyways.

Central Asian Market are getting more connected with Chinese now a days so not much is available for India there even in FMCG Pakistan China Connection would be problem for India as well.

The idea of Trilateral Afghan Trade agreement was way feasible but Indians just blew it by trying to Proxify Afghanistan against Pakistan so that was the actual lost opportunity in this regards.

Who said anything about Attacking????Monitoring is the correct word for that and due to Piracy issues Countries surrounding Persian Gulf are quite serious in Monitoring International Waters close to them these days so Monitoring is something we can do way easier then Indian Facility of Oman and in War situation I dont think Iranian would willing to risk themselves becoming a party to either side.

Mate its no where near Karachi so Indian monitoring Mechanism wont going to be efficient for India. There is a difference between Monitoring Thousands of KM and less then 200 KM so I dont think Indians cant do much about it in fact Chinese are also considering providing Pakistan their Naval assets as well so that makes it even more difficult for India to reach Gawadar because they need to clear Resistance in Karachi before reaching Gawadar.
