What's new

India’s economy to contract 9.6% in FY21, steeper than 3.2% shrinkage projected earlier: World Bank

Tractors are not used to long distance travel, no geographical size doesn't matter. India has 8 times the arable land compared to Pakistan but sells 40 times more tractors. I don't know but any standards you are no where close to India to be taken in the same breath.

@Protest_again

From where did you got this figure of 40 times more tractor sales in India than Pakistan...

Annual tractor sales in Pakistan remained 65,000 to 75,000 units in year 2017 & 2018.

.

600,000 to 700,000

In terms of units, India is one of the largest tractor markets in the world, selling 600,000 to 700,000 tractors per annum, on average.

That makes it 8-9 times more.(there was a decline due to low business as per Covid-19 last year), Picking again.

And all the Tractors are produced locally by Millat Tarctors, Al-Ghazi tractors, some other collaborations.

Into exports as well....
