Ah but on that day...like certain world powers are pursuing the "contain China policy" today...will perhaps be pursuing the same towards India.

I wonder how India will respond to that.

China has lots of arable land.The percentage is less. The land is arable in Coastal China where the bulk of the population resides.

Pakistan should introduce 2 or 3 child per family policy. Most of the rural areas of Pakistan have 7 8 or even 11 children for 1 family, this should be controlled & don't let them cross limit of 3. Well one good thing for Pakistan is that it has one of the largest young population in the world.

The problem is in a democratic nation u can't order people to have 1 child..It's their will and wish..
If the Government force them,the government will go down soon and another govt come on..
One child policy can only be implemented in communist nation..

But educating people in India can control and tackle this problem

1.It makes China very difficult to invade (from the Tibet side at-least )

2. Loads of minerals in inner Mongolia (arid)

The population doesn't live in the 70% part...rather the arable Coastal part...

Yea but most of rural areas are problem they are just primary pass or even uneducated, & they have lots of kids. I am saying the govt should present this law in National Assembly & if got passed it'll be good & i think it as a law should be implement upto 10years, no matter what govt comes, after 10 years they can again decide either to carry on with the law or cancel it.

BD also has almost all his land arable. Many part of China is scarcely populated, while west part being densely populated.

Existing population location means nothing. Resources gained from land go beyond crops. And technology makes land which was not under cultivation, fertile and cultivable. A significant percentage of the land presently under cultivation in Pakistan was not in use in 1947.
