They are doing same what they did after 1965 war and then they came up with 1971 war plan which included civil war in east Pakistan, so its time to upgrade our capacity of war fighting keep country united, boost economy and clean enemy assets from within Pakistan.

India does things in step by step manner. India is not leaving in any technology but can catch up on technology to be equal to leader

It has not. It has had state run monopolies like ofb wait on ToT, assembly work. Those companies are started to face competition. DRDO has improved a lot of late. Things are looking up for both aerospace and defence in India, though not perfect. More has been done in the last 10 years than independence to the 90s.

The difference between PAF and IAF is that PAF works quietly with a small budget and maximises its bang for buck.

IAF on the other hand loves the tabla

Not every subsystem, system can be produced at India at the moment. India mixes expensive military purchases with geopolitics. If there is corruption it'll always favor foreign OEMs.

India wants to upgrade its equipment to latest technology. That doesn't mean India can't indict older technology which is only 1 generation older. Even typhoon fighter uses PESA radar for example, though it is 1 generation behind AESA.
