before 1947, "india" was name to describe geographic location of south asia.same as how "middle east" describes west asian countires.

a country called "india" didnt exist untill 1947.

Well thats just your perception developed by you to ease your consciousness..
India/ Hindustan/Magadh /Bahrat was a unified country under British or Mughals or Mauryas ..though its borders kept on changing through time ..infact for longest time in history ..present day Pakistan was a unified country with present day Northern India.

India is ancient , just like greece , egypt and china . Even greece was divided into city states in ancient times and china was divided into many different warring states as well .A part of that Ancient India chose a different path for its future in 1947 which is known as Pakistan today but the ancient India continues to exist .

no it does not. the name "indika" was first applied to sindh and punjab(pakistan) by the Greeks,it was later used to describe geographic location of south asia by invaders.
