These practices do not have to be brought up EVERY SINGLE TIME in a conversation with an Indian.
We also have comments such as:It's a show-stopper, at-least stops pointless commenting(not everyone likes 10's of pages pointless back and fourth). Sure one can choose not to reply but this will only lead to person not contributing and in the end leaving because its pointless to read bs, but one can also choose to reply in the same illogical manner same as the original comment. Now do tell me how do you reply to this?
Thank you for telling me all this, Next time when bengal tiger decides to visit pakistan we will first send him to your high commission in delhi to apply for a visa so that some moron won't call him a uninvited indian guest.

So, the back and forth isn't one sided. When a thread is opened on a subject like this, expect sarcasm and banter, but sarcasm and banter shouldn't cross a line in terms of personal attacks or attacks on religion and culture. I'll edit the 'moron' reference in the post you quoted though - I missed that the first time I skimmed through the thread.
