Now it is clear. When an indian UAV was flying in indian side, it lost control and crashed into chinese side due to technical issue. From Indian Ministry of Defence and Chinese Foreign Ministry.

This UAV maybe the Heron. The Heron UAV was deployed into a base about 120km away from border.
