Pakistan isn’t occupying millions of people on disputed territory and refusing to let them exercise their right of plebiscite as committed by the UNSC and previous Indian governments.

The did protest and fight peacefully, for decades, with India reneging on her commitments to implement a plebiscite.

Even now, India refuses to implement its commitment to a plebiscite. When you shut down all doors to peaceful resolution of a dispute and violate prior commitments made, the responsibility lies on you, the Indian government and people, for the violence, not on the Kashmiris.

There is, however, a lot of credible evidence of hundreds of thousands of Kashmir Muslims massacred by the Maharajah in Jammu and elsewhere. There is also a lot of credible evidence about Indian security forces committed atrocities such as massacres, rapes, torture and maiming reported by international human rights organizations.
