Source: Pakistan foreign office in 2016 put the number at 1 million. Most other sources from pre-2010 quote 700k. Based on those two, I said "nearly 1 million". See, it's quite easy not to lie. Hope you are learning something.
Wow, just simply wow!!
I mean the Pakistani FO, an entity that would be the last to know our troop deployment given those figures are classified even for Indians, somehow got visual evidence of this concentration of 1 million troops in Kashmir but is yet to release evidence of the same publicly?!
I mean how else if not through a dedicated military satellite surveillance (which Pak does not have) or visibility except from its proxies who are mostly being hunted know our concentrations and numbers? Pray tell.
So you have no evidence, you just have regurgitated information from questionable sources that are making a guesstimate. You’re a real sparkplug chap.
The short of the long is...Pakistani foreign office lacks credibility. As does any other institution speculating the size of our troops stationed in Kashmir because that information is not public! Only way to verify it would be for the army to release them. PERIOD!
So show me where the Indian army has released these figures. If not...
stop with your nonsense.
Now let's look at your horseshit claim about Indian army not policing Kashmiris?
For one, the army is not trained to police. It is trained for combat, not law and order. For that they would have to be well versed in law and procedures. They are not! It does not engage in crowd control. For that we have the local Kashmiri police and the CRPF.
Secondly, no videos emerging from Kashmir indicate the army engaging in any crowd control or policing. If there are, I would love for you to prove me wrong. The army is engaged purely in anti terror ops and deterrence of enemy mischief. A role that all armies are meant for.
Your turn slick...so far you’ve just been mouthing off without anything to show for it.
Please show evidence of the army policing or engaged in maintaining law and order.
