If this is true, better punish those B@stard teachers to clean toilets of that school itself for at least 3 years without any pay and tell those muslim and low caste hindu students to make those toilets dirty as much as possible

Simple solution.

No children should be punished by cleaning toilets. Sack all the teachers responsible.

And if the Pakistanis are still not satisfied, they can take these kids.

Sack the teachers, let the country know their faces and let them face punishment. The school management should also be held responsible for ignoring such acts and be sued on. But ONLY after a thorough investigation.

I mean what is rights watch? What survey they did? What substantial proof they had in which Muslims and lower caste are asked to flush toilets?
