NAh still not good enough. An action like this needs to be replicated at a very broader social level to be considered otherwise. Incident like the one mentioned below does tell a very different take of how Brahmins have actually been very successful in marginalizing them to a point where poor dalits are no longer even considered as Humans

Very sad incident and to be condemned, culprit to be tried and punished. Teachers are also humans and humans are to err.
Rather than mud slinging, we have to work hard to eliminate such behaviour/attitude from our societies.
Further such behaviours also exists all over the world even in the most literate societies and not specific to only India or Pakistan.
Appeal to all on PDF not to use such regrettable incidences to disgrace other societies but to share knowledge, how to prevent such behaviours.
