Spying is an art which is a very useful resource and part of any country's defense strategy. If you are not good at it, then its your fault. Don't call India coward for this.

Our spies got caught, big deal, but look at the situation, India managed to use residents of AJ&K to spy against your country. Doesn't it prove their efficiency in turning people against you.

We don't have to fight with you if we can use your people against you.
