Soldiers stab youth in Gulmarg; 3 troopers among 5 arrested
Srinagar: A youth from Bhaderwah was stabbed Sunday by some Army soldiers after Pakistan defeated India in the ongoing Asian Cup cricket tournament in Bangladesh.
Reports said a scuffle took place when the troopers belonging to the Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Mountaineering and Winter Sports, Gulmarg, were watching the crunch game in Hotel Shahra.
“As the locals celebrated Pakistan’s victory, the troopers called one Muhammad Younis Reshi in their room and beat him to pulp.
“During the scuffle, one of the Army troopers hit (Reshi) with a knife injuring him seriously,” a local news agency GNS quoted its sources as saying.
Reshi, a resident of Bhaderwah in Jammu division who is also working as an instructor in the Institute, was rushed to SKIMS, Srinagar.
Meanwhile, police on Monday arrested five persons, including three troopers, for the stabbing incident.
The arrestees were identified as soldiers Havaldar Jitender Singh, naik Sonam and naik Hajari Lal, and two civilians Lakshman of Udhampur and Kuldip Singh of Bhaderwah.
Police have registered a case under FIR No. 2/2014 under section 242 and 323 at Gulmarg police station.

I don't know who is dumber - the people who write this nonsense, or the people who believe it. A certain breed of people are congenitally prone to believing any BS propoganda, which is why their land is the paradise of conspiracy theories.

Certain little niceties to determine veracity, like checking the source, cross checking if other sources are reporting it, and such tools of critical evaluation has never been taught to them.

Their criterion of whether to accept something as true or to reject it, is simple -

Does it make them feel good? Then accept it as true.
Does it make them feel bad? Then reject it as false.

Yea, I expected that retort. I rejected it for the reasons stated before the last lines - the fact that the only source reporting it is a propoganda mouthpiece, and nobody else. I hinted at how to evaluate information for credibility, and explained why it is worthy of rejection, but as expected, your eyes didn't send any of it to your brain. Or maybe it did, but your brain has difficulty processing it.

Indian army has in past also enter border villages of Azad Kashmir and did what they could.... with civilians.

Yes, I know. There are a grand total of four websites reporting it, all of them unheard publications, and all of them separatist mouthpieces. Nothing from any reputable media sources.
