Don't know if it's a meme or not. Video just popped up on you-tube so shared it. It's not like I am keeping track of what's hip in India these days.

Sorry have to edit my comment, since Indian's are notorious for lying on internet(in-person I have had no issues with them but on internet...), I would like you to find me clip of this sort dated a couple of years ago. Since it's popular you won't have any issue's finding it.
