In 2007, we produced 8 times electricity than you. in 2017 its 12 times....because of your stagnation.

This is what happens to IMF/CPEC/Loan/Oligarch/cartel reliant kind of country with just 50 billion market cap (so it cant even lend from itself well so become reliant on outsiders this early) that has its GFCF stuck at 15% and worse for decades now.
