Indian Railways vs Chinese Railways: stop deluding yourselves...

Another documentary on Chinese bullet train network... Check out the infrastructure, the traffic management centers, the modern stations, and the state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Indians are deluding themselves if they think they can match China. No Indian companies, public or private, will match China's high-speed rail expertise for many decades.

usa imports railway locomotives from canada and germany

At least read wiki before commenting.

Canadian and German locos are minuscule portions of US rolling stock for cargo. GE & GM locos were licensed to both China and India and GE/GM pioneered all advanced rail cargo technologies such as eco-sensitive green technology efficient Genset locos.

Bombardier (Canada) or Henschel (Germany) don't export cargo locos to US. There are some subway trains made by bombardier in US. Korean long distance commuter railway carriages (HYUNDAI) are being used in Philadelphia and Los Angeles.

Bullet trains are not needed because Americans don't think highly of public rail transport anyway. They can take airplanes everywhere. Yes everywhere.

Let's stick to comparing India to China shall we?

Leave the US out of this. It's in another league altogether....

Indians have abysmal work ethics. Their attitude and dedication are decidedly third-world. Can you imagine India building bullet trains and tracks that are as stable and smooth as Chinese have done?

By 2020 India and China will have almost the same capability ( Minus the Human Explorations , which is not a focus for us) as far as Launch Vehicles and Technology is concerned.

Is this supposed to be a joke or you actually believe what you said?

I think he is probably a false flagger, writing something funny to humiliate india.

Now I wonder if Dr. Kalam was also a false flagger...

India to become superpower by 2012: Kalam

UDHAGAMANDALAM: Former President A P J Abdul Kalam today lauded ISRO's scientists for successfully launching the PSLV-C9 to put 10 satellites in orbit.

Besides, the Chandrayaan-I unmanned moon mission by the year end would add another feather in the country's space programme, Kalam, here to participate in a school function, said.

India has become very advanced in space technology, he said, adding the country would become a superpower by 2012.

"Though I have envisioned India to become a superpower by 2020, the attitude and the confidence of the youth, to conquer everything in the right spirit, would make the country a global leader and super power within five years," Kalam told reporters.

True, their confidence level is overwhelming and groundless. See how many RSSers here use his photos as their avatars.
