Hi ,
I am sorry you feel that way.
I can assure this is not meant as being rude or anything. What i'm trying to establish is that Passport is a travel document. One of the documents used to assess your nationality. when your travel outside. But when youre inside India and without passport, that doesn't mean you're not Indian
Answering the part in bold, by the law, this is the definition - a person is Indian if born in India on or after January 26, 1950 but before July 1, 1987. If a person is born after July 1987 and before December 3,2004, then he or she can claim Indian citizenship if either parent is Indian citizen.
After December 3, 2004, a person can be Indian citizen only if both parents are Indians or one parent is a citizen and the other is not an illegal immigrant at the time of birth.
