Deepika kumari was the biggest upset for India. couldnt belive she was world no. 1..the way she played...not a single 10.

There was no chance of gold from the beginning, being in the top 3 in the group was a more realistic hope, nobody was expecting a medal in hockey.

Yeah but those are not his main events, a medal in either of those would be a pleasant surprise.

Unfortunately they did not qualify. Not a great decision from BWF and IOC. Teams from group A and C go through, some without even winning one single match.

not sure about Gold..although we have still good chances of gold from wrestling, wopmen's boxing and badminton....but yes..we have sure chaces of few more medals..as the time progresses as the individual events like boxing and badminton reach the semis and other events like wrestlings tarts...apart from that there are also some chances in discus throw and tennis.
