It's not that you don't try, it's just that you simply are unable to do it . It's hard enough to cross the loc with a machine gun, death rate of freedom fighters is over 70% at the loc itself. With them trying to carry heavy atgms, will be even higher. Also, good atgms are not exactly cheap. With huge dept, faltering economy and free falling currency, you can hardly afford them for your troops, let alone give them away to freedom fighters. Meanwhile, Indian army seems to be very able to provide IEDs to your freedom fighters in Pakistan. After every sniper attack or cross border firing this past year, there is an IED or suicide attack which takes away several of your troops. February was a great example, clearly remember there was a sniper attack where one of our soldiers had died, the very next day. a big boom took out 11 of yours in Swat. After that, the pattern has continued. Terrorism is always responded with terrorism.

Couldn't answer any of my points with facts or even logic. Your army has been fighting home grown insurgency which is not even trained. When Pakistani big boys come to play, attacks like Uri/Pathankot happen.
