Interesting.. I never knew this kind of product existed.

Is this very popular in your part of the world? And lastly, is it costly?

LOL no plans on marriage for me anytime soon.

I ask my questions out of pure curiosity because I like to learn about things that are outside of what I'm used to.

That's one of the main reasons that I decided to join this forum

Forget what race she thinks she is, I actually want to know why they even have a race question on the voter registration form?

Because they do it as a population survey, to determine turnout, age and race of origin. It's part of the government's Census Bureau.

Even local town halls will send questionnaires by mail that have these types of questions for the same reason.

In election years, the Current Population Survey collects data on reported voting and registration, and later reports stats by turnout, age, race and origin.

BTW, most Arabs list themselves as "white" on such forms too.

Just out of curiosity, how would you know that?

Myself and others like me that I know will check the option "Other" that Antidote listed when it is available. In some cases it isn't and we're really left with no other option than "White" because we're not considered "African American" by the true definition of that (since they don't use 'Black') and we're not Hispanic or Asian.

And in Nikki Haley's situation, could she have checked "Asian?" Probably not because that refers mostly to Chinese/Japanese/Korean etc. So it's certainly understandable, given the options. But if "Other" was part of the options on her voter registration, she probably should've checked that one. But it's her right.

I have close family in Michigan, around the Dearborn area. ;)

Some South Asians check "Asian" but seeing that it is mostly Koreans and Chinese etc who do so too, some check in as "Other".

Okay so she has an inferiority complex. That is the point.

So Nikki Haley converted to Christianity.

Whatever, these are her personal choices in the end.

Is there really that kind of a cream?
Unfortunately yes and its the top selling female beauty product

Funny that you mention it

Maybe they were speaking in Britlandish :D

In British English usage, the term Asians usually refers to people with roots in South Asia, essentially the Indian subcontinent.

. .
Sir, what are the options available on those forms. Is East Indian option present there ?
