Chinese are in decent numbers all over the world. Did they leave China to spread goodness? Or they were trying to find a better life.

Last few decades China has grown exponentially in all fields and outflow may have reduced to a trickle currently.
You are right in saying that a professional leaving the country isn’t good. Can we provide all of them the best opportunities? Not really. Not in current India. In a little while from now, it may change.

India has decided to allow things to take their natural course. If a section of bright professionals want to find their calling outside India then so be it.

2 out of 10 are moving back today. Remaining 8 are climbing up the ladder, sending money home, becoming CEOs, PMs and Presidents. There is no exact monetary value attached to these folks, but it is highly valuable for India.
