Bangladesh is 100% homogenous Bengali and is a sovereign country unlike the fringe state you call WB. From a long time ago, when Bengal formed as a sovereign nation, unlike smaller states around Bengal.

Kolkata was nowhere when Bengali culture and rule formed in the early days and under Bengal Sultanate (with the capital in Bangladesh proper).

Bangla unicode computer fonts and desktop publishing was initiated in Bangladesh back in the early 90's. Most fonts have Bangladesh origins. Only Bangladesh pioneered Bangla communication in all paperwork, emails and e-governance documents.

So? Might have been a mistake seeing the name, in London Bangladeshis masquerading as Indians own the majority of Indian restaurants according to BBC’s survey. Same goes for new york.

Pre-1947, our country was also a part of India, and the restaurants you are talking about started before 1947 with the name being Indian Restaurant.

We are following this tradition but all the London people know people who own them are from Bangladesh. The Indian govt should file a defaming case in the London Supreme Court asking for compensation from our people.

But, the Kishwar case is sooo different!! India is claiming she is an Indian. She is not, she is from Bangladesh!!
