Speaking of VL Antiship missiles .... Kongsberg and Lockheed Martin are working together to integrate the JSM missile (a varian of the NSM) with the MK 41 vertical launch system.
NSM is just under 4m and could fit with a 5.3 m MK41 Self defence launcher.
I.E. about 3m shorter than Brahmos in a VLS. Now that could fit a missile boat quite well!

No, a Project 1241 Molnya (NATO: Tarantul) class missile boat. Veer is a Indian built version of that.
Derived from that missile boat is an ASW patrol boat Project 1241.2 Molniya-2 a.k.a. Pauk class aka Abhay class

INs coastal Veer and Abhay classes are double the displacement. Khukri class is 5 times the displacement and Kora 6 times.....

IN is looking for something quite a bit bigger, which ocean going capabilities and enough endurance to operate with fleet units. Notice Khukhi and Kora corvette frequently joined larger IN surface combattants in foreign port visits e.g. to Singapore, Philippines but also to e.g. Malta. No way these dinky 022s could do that.
