There was no systematic targeting of people based on religion by other Kings, that is only by the descendents of Ghazni and Ghouri. I come from a place near to Srirangaptna, where my ancestors were butchered and still mourn the day 800 Pandits were beheaded by this bloody Tipu for not converting to Islam.
