Now you are linking that news article where it's said that China buys two reactors from Russia. What that has to do with nuclear weapons? India buys nuclear reactors from other countries... this means that Agni V is 50's technology?

Again, what does nuclear reactors have to do with ICBM's. India also buys nuclear reactors from Russia, using your logic this means that Indian missile technology is from 1950's.
