Most of these Google Earth photos are atleast two years old coz as per agreement with Indian Govt GE won't show the latest pics of sensitive military locations in the list provided by GoI.

The following images are of possible Indian and Pakistani missile storage facilities. Does anyone knows about the black circular objects in these images?
These objects are present in all similar facilities both in Pakistan and India. Can anyone identify them and explain their purpose?

They are NOT missile silos. My wild guess is that they are some sort of fuel storages or launch points.
