While this is a very optimistic idea, I don't think this is going to happen.

You need to sort out the territorial disputes before you can have a confederation or any kind of union, otherwise its going to end up like Saarc. The Europeans did sort out their territories before they went for EU.

That last pic is just a map of alexanders conquest.

If anything the first map is the most realistic, Kashmir and most of Indian punjab should have been annexed to Pakistan.

Kashmir in 1909 was largely muslim, even after years of ethnic cleansing/muslim killings it still has a muslim majority.

This is rich coming from a country with an active insurgency in by naxals in the south, illegally occupied kashmiris and khalistanis who all want a separate state from india.
