Yes, he has admitted that himself in an interview to BBC Hardtalk. He killed four unarmed air force personnel who were waiting for a bus.

Kanishka is right. Yasin Malik is among the better folks in huriyat.

He is anti - pakistan and he tries to be gandhian in his values. He was jailed for his crimes and was released after he showed genuine remorse in prison. After coming out I have never seen him advocate terror or armed struggle. On the contrary he advices people to quit terrorism.
