Pakistan should change tactics and instead of hitting the artillery positions that would cause kashmiri muslim deaths, should hit IA installations. It is one of the most humane armies going. You should find out the composition of the officer class and then conclude whatever you wish to conclude; so long as it is based on fact, you will get to the right places.

I know that it is tempting to swallow the bait offered hook, line and sinker, and I also have my own sources of information about the dire situation there, but it is dire due to the humiliation and complete loss of self-respect of ordinary people, not due to bloodshed.
